Héroes del silencio se formó en la ciudad de Zaragoza a mediados de la década de los ochenta, dándose a conocer de inmediato por toda la región. Fue el momento en el que Enrique Bunbury entra a formar parte del grupo de Juan Valdivia y su hermano, Zumo de Vidrio.

Debido a su rápido éxito, pronto fichan por la discográfica EMI y, a finales de 1987, el grupo presenta su primer mini-álbum, titulado 'Héroe de leyenda'.

Tras este mini disco, se presentan se presentan en Madrid, en el Festival de San Isidro, donde dan a conocer la fuerza de sus canciones y su calidad en directo.

En 1988 publican su primer álbum, 'El mar no cesa', con el que alcanzan el disco de platino en muy poco tiempo.

En 1990 editan su segundo disco, titulado 'Senderos de traición'. Precisamente, el tema que dio título al disco fue número uno en las listas españolas. El disco vendió más de 400.000 copias solo en España.

Al año siguiente participan en el festival de Berlín, junto a un elenco de artistas. Durante ese año y el siguiente, dan giras por toda Europa, promocionando su disco y cosechando grandes triunfos.

En 1993 publican 'El espíritu del vino', que llegó a ser número uno en numerosas países, entre los que destacan España, México, Alemania y Suiza.

En 1994 realizan giras por Latinoamérica y participan en vídeos promocionales de la MTV. En 1995 marchan a Inglaterra para preparar su nuevo trabajo. El resultado será 'Avalancha', un álbum grabado en Los Angeles.

Tras la gira mundial de Avalancha, Heroes del Silencio sacan un disco titulado 'Parasiempre', que a la postre resultaría ser el último disco del grupo, ya que la formación se disolvió tras este trabajo.

Te lo he hecho un poco variado de la literalidad para que no se note ningun traductor simultaneo. Palabras, tiempos verbales, etc han sido variados de la traduccion literal para que no cante demasiado.....
