Generally California rox, there are only two "little" problems - local soccer sucks and americans are stupid hyhy but other than these -this place is greaaaat - sand, surf and sun - all year long (almost like in spain).
No, I didn't have to move but I wanted it and I do not regret.
Sure I miss Cracow (my cat mostly), but you see, our world is crazy and with the internet, sattelite tv, planes and all that technology it's really not that far now
As for how long I've been visiting this site - I guess firs time I found it right after franek scored 3 in one game and I was desperate to see those goals.
Still don't have 'em though...

how long have you been there and what do you do?
maybe you give us any photos from California - of course they can be without you. i mean for example beach, city etc. Think about it

bea I've been here for about a year.
I'm a computer technician so I work as a network administrator.
As for winter...what I really love about this place is that we have mountains(2 hours from here) with snow and a real winter, so if you ever miss winter you can always go there for a weekend.

I promise I will post some photos soon.

People leave our country for many reasons. I find it sad that many of them don't really want to do it, but they must due to our poor economy. In my case it was different. I just can't stand sitting on my ass in one place for too long
And the truth is that once I put myself on the move I just couldn't and still can't stop, so recently all I really think of is - where next (even though this place is really a jewel)
One thing is certain - wherever I'll go there has to be an internet access otherwise I wouldn't be able to check what's going on with wisla, franek, elche and celtic

I think it's great that we both can communicate in English. I remember that not so long ago the only foreign language, known in Poland, was Russian and we even had a joke about a tourist whose ability to speak 7 languages proved to be worthless in Poland, since he couldn't speak polish

On the other hand I noticed that a lot of Elche fans from Spain visit this forum and I guess they appreciate that we use English instead of Polish

once you wrote that you support Celtic, i support Zurawski and Boruc too, and i'm very worried about Maciek due to his injury i remember i was very happy when he scored his first goals in match with Dunfermline 28.08. - i download second half by torrent
also i'm very glad that Boruc 'develops' his abilities and he can change Jerzy Dudek who has now big problems with playing.

what do you think about situation in Wisla? are you worried as me? it's hard time for our team, i hope that they become the champion, not Legia i regret that we have "stulecie" ( ) and we have this bad atmophere here

there is something strange about Zurawski's injury. Do you remember him
ever being seriously injured in wisla? I say it's all Janas fault.
I'm glad for Boruc too. Did you noticed that when he finally left Warsaw he even started to look like a human being? (haircut) :p

As for situation in Wisla nothing can surprise me there anymore. Good things are mixed up with bad and crazy. I'm very optimistic about our new coach - Romania is a great direction and I'm sure Dan will do us good. Pawelek - the best goalkeeper in polish league and I pray to Holy Mary and Santa Claus for him to sign a contract (oh and for Mauro too)
Grzelak and Kazimierczak - I don't know, will see - I only hope that
later on Dan will still be able to make an independent decision whether they deserve being in a final 11 or not.

Now, we still have the same problem (ever since) - horrible and crazy management, and the owner who very often acts hysterically and doesn't seem to have a long term vision.

Oh don't worry about Legia - they are like a balloon - they only seem to be that big and strong but inside, there's nothing but air On the other hand I'm happy for other polish teams doing well - korona, zaglebie, lech - we need stronger league!!

thanks for your opinion about Wisla, i think the same (more less) but my english is too poor that i could say what i think
i hope that Cantoro stay with us, he is a fighter, and i hope we find a good striker. of course i believe in Wisla, she/it must win and be a strong team which can play in CL.

Yes I already graduated once, and it was the most worthless and stupid major ever - sociology (uj).
Then I tried to run my own business in Cracow that is how I got into networking. Everything was ok but after some time I just got tired of working 14 hours a day, my girlfriend left me, so I sold my business, packed my things and came here. Now I'm working on my Cisco networking certification and in march or February I'm going to England and maybe I'll start study at some British university again...The good thing about sudying there is that you can get an internationally recognizable diploma within 2 or 3 years. After that I'm going to score a big time and maybe I'll move to some really (REALLY!) exotic place such as Caribbean or one of the pacific states ( Vanuatu is quite tempting ). As for age - does it really matter? enough to say that all my "friends" in Cracow are already married and have kids hyhy (that was one of many reasons why I left - it was just quite discouraging that to meet them I had to make an appointment - lol ) anyway I still have hair on my head i siano w srodku

You study history? That was always my dream...history is a queen of all sciences and I don't care what other people say ( math? you gotta be kidding me )
How long have you been studying it and do you already have any specific field of historical interests?

ale sie wkopalam z ta historia, teraz musze sie glowic jak to napisac po ang.

i start studing in this year 2005, i'm 20 but i decided make a break after 'matura', my high school made me tried, more, exhausted!
it's hard to say what i'm interested in.... i like history of Cracow, arts, monuments, culture etc. i wrote exam to 'historia sztuki' but i failed.

dobra pasuje, ogolnie lubie hisotrie sztuki, szczegolnie starozytna, romanska i gotycka, w kazdym razie jak najstarsza. jesli chodzi o historie normalna, to tu roznie, zalezy od epoki. tak jakos sie to do mnie przyczepilo w liceum, mature zdawalam z historii i tak zostalo. co bedzie dalej to zobaczymy, ale nie mam jeszcze sprecyzowanych planow na przyszlosc. ogolnie rzecz ujmujac odrzucam postawe w ktorej mialabym miec wszystko zaplanowane(co studiuje, co potem robie, gdzie pracuje). mam zamiar studiowac to co mi sie bedzie podobalo, jesli znajde cos ciekawszego to zmienie kierunek, chce tylko miec jakis tytul magistra tak na wszelki wypadek, ale z czego on bedzie, nie mam pojecia.
no, ale sie rozgadalam....

jesli chodzi o gg, to mysle ze jedynym problemem jest pora, kiedy mozemy rozmawiac, nie wiem keidy ty chodzisz spac. ja tez zostawiam tu swoj numer, zobaczymy kto pierwszy napisze 8483832, od razu mowie ze mi najbardziej pasuje w nocy, tzn ok 1-2. ale nie zawsze moge byc bo dziele kompa z moja siostra, ale to wkrotce sie zmieni.
